Anyway, this isn’t ’normal’ Tio Pepe - it’s effectively a fino that has been drawn directly from cask and bottled without any filtration or clarification. The result is a fuller flavoured, more “alive” version of the normal fino. Lots of intense nutty flavours with a great long lingering finish.
