Winemakers notes: "From the amontillado soleras of Rainera P Marin. This time we have selected fifteen of these butts which shine for their superior freshness as well as intense notes of aromatic herbs, baked sweet potato and caramel. The resulting blend is a perfect amontillado, extremely dry, long, serious release of this wine (La Bota de Amontillado 37) - can be appreciated in terms of additional complexity and maturity.
Jancis Robinson: "Pale tawny. Smells cheesy and honestly that is independant of the plate of cheese not far from the wine. So savoury! Lots of age and some caramel flavour (not that I am suggesting for a moment that caramel was added to this). Pungent and almost aggressively dry." 17.5 Points
