Made by Jacques Seyss of Domaine Dujac and Aubert Villaine of Domaine de la Romaneé Conti, this is a side project for these lucky men. It must be a tough life owning the most famous estate in Burgundy and then having to oversee your beautiful winery in Provence......oh why did I have to be born in Belfast!?
A blend of mainly Cinsault with some Syrah and Merlot this is a classic minerally Provencal rosé but with a bit more vibrant fruit. On the nose strawberry and watermelon, while the palate is round and refreshing with candied red fruit flavours, and a dry finish.
Grape: Syrah, Grenache
