Cabarrouy Sec 2015
In 1988 the Muscadet wine maker Patrick Limousin and his partner Freya Skoda dreamt of setting up a small winery in an unspoilt part of France - and they chose Jurancon. Jurancon lies in the far south est of France, near the Pyranees. They restored the 18th century property, the vineyards, and built a cellar. Today they make brilliant Jurancon sec's.
A beautiful fresh wine with zingy nettle flavours, quince and grapefruit with just a hint of honey and tropical notes. It has a delicious weight on the palate, balanced beautifully with crisp acidity. A great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Albarino.
Grapes: 100% Gros Manseng
