Nick and Colleen Harbour make incredibly impressive wines and we reckon these guys are really ones to watch over the next few years, as they have all the hallmarks of future stars. They make a tiny total
production of 6,000 bottles, made in a very small, ancient cellar underneath their house in Savigny-les Beaunes.
The wines are made in a very hands-off approach, with stunning results; Pure, fruit driven, but with an exuberant vibrancy and natural elegance to them.
