Big Peat Islay Vatted 200ml This a vatted Islay malt - which means it is a blend of single malts - not a blended malt (which contain grain whisky as well as malt). The Big Peat contains a blend of malts from islay - including those from Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore and Port Ellen.
Unsurprisingly, this is a big, peaty malt - possibly not the thing for you if you're just getting into whisky. But if you're a fan of that slightly medicinal, smoky style then this is the one for you!
