Isabel Riesling 2008 A Riesling from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. Isabel is one of the top estates in Marlborough, producing wines of great purity. This is incredibly dry but has mouth-filling richness all the same.
On the nose lemon, honey and flint. The palate has grapefruit and citrus flavours with more honey from the lees contact. Lovely dry crisp finish. The wine will only improve over the next few years.

Customer Reviews
Average rating: | Something for the summer, 26th Jun 2010 | Reviewer: Chris Colunga | This is a fantastic wine for a warm summer’s day and a great alternative to a Sauvignon Blanc. It’s very dry, not too sweet, has high acidity, a light finish and crisp, zesty citric flavours with a little bit of minerality. |
