Pradeaux Rose 2007 Pradeaux is one of the biggest surprises that we have found in our trips across Europe in the search for interesting new wines. They are found in any serious wine book and are one of the most highly regarded estates in France. Somehow though, no-one imports them into the UK. Ehh? How come? Anyway, we do now, and they are great.
The rose is a blend of Mourvedre, Cinsault and Grenache. It is one of the richest of the roses of France; dry but full-bodied with a floral bouquet. It is a very limited production wine as most of the production at Chateau Pradeaux is used to make the formidable Bandol Rouge.
Grapes: Mourvedre, Cinsault, Grenache
