Billecart-Salmon Rose Half

As you may know, we don't drink much Grande Marque Champagne here - we generally prefer the more interesting wines from our clutch of Grower Champagnes. But, sometimes you're in one of those situations when only a named brand will do. And in that situation, we will invariably turn to Billecart.

The rose is what Billecart is justifiably famous for. Simply excellent

Grapes: 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier

Alcohol: 12.5%
