Herdade Penedo Gordo 2010
A new wine to us from the Alentejo region in southern Portugal. This is a blend of indigenous and international varieties. Aged for 4 months in Portuguese and French oak before bottling to add a subtle spiciness.
Voluptuous and velvety smooth with flavours of rich dark fruits and just a hint of spiciness. A wine that is sure to please!
Grapes: Tempranillo, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet
