Castano Monastrell 2009 This wine is 100% Monastrell (aka Mourvedre) and comes from the Yecla region in the South East of Spain. Monastrell is well suited to this region, perfectly adapeted to both the climate and soil due to the fact its able to bear extreme temperatures from winter to Summer and endure long periods of drought.
Dark fruits - blackberries and cherries on the nose leading to ripe, refreshing fruit and spice with great structure
