Dreissigacker Riesling 2010 Jochen Dreissigacker is one of the rising stars of the German wine scene. He took over the 21 hectare family estate in 2005, and has set the vineyards on the road to biodynamic viticulture. Located in Rheinhessen, Jochen’s approach in the winery is simple: to intervene as little as possible. Low yields and careful selection in the vineyard ensures excellent fruit.
This wine is light with green hues. It has a fruity and elegant nose of lime peel, rich with aromas of ripe fruits. Overall it is elegant, well-balanced with flavours of apples and citrus zest with lingering minerality on the finish.
