Clos du Serres La Blaca 2009 Sebastien Fillon La Blaca 2009
Imported directly from the Terrasses du Larzac in the Languedoc we think this is a fantastic wine and certainly a winemaker to keep an eye on. The area is getting a lot of attention too with it’s fantastic soils good climate.
This wine has been made with passionate winemaking skills from parcels of Syrah grown on different types of soil and blended with a touch of Grenache to express a lovely wine. Hints of balsamic, chocolate and spice on a fresh fruit palate. Very moreish.
