Mas de Daumas Gassac 1986 Referred to by some as the Lafite of the
Languedoc, the estate was originally
purchased as a country retreat. A chance visit from an archealogist friend revealed that the mineral rich, red soils and subsoils would provide ideal for producing quality wines.
Here is a rare chance to try an old vintage of this fabulous wine. Still packed full of
flavour, the initial fruit flavours have evolved into something more savoury and spicy. A great food wine.
