Campogiovanni Brunello 07

Agricola San Felice were (and still are)
important contributors to the research into their region’s native grape varieties, including
Sangiovese. It was also one of the first Italian wine estates to switch it’s focus away from
quantity and towards quality back in 1978 – way ahead of the game!

A deep ruby coloured wine with pronounced ripe red berry aromas along with tobacco leaf, leather, mediterranean herbs and blackberries. Very rounded and smooth it finishes strong with lingering fruit and firm but well integrated
tannins.
