Perdigao Reserva 2005 Quinta do Perdigão is an award winning winery located in Portugal’s Dão region—south of Porto. This is one of our new finds—imported directly by us, so you can’t get this anywhere else! It’s a blend of 50% Touriga nacional, 20% Tempranillo, 20% Jaen and 10% Alfrocheiro.
We think that this Portuguese wine has a great character using a blend of traditional grape varieties. Rich and gamey and well balanced with cherry fruit. The palate has wonderful concentration with great acidity.
Grapes: 50% Touriga nacional, 20% Tempranillo, 20% Jaen and 10% Alfrocheiro.
