Le Fou Pinot Noir 2010 Called Le Fou (The madman)because you have to be crazy to grow pinot in the very hot Languedoc, this is a juicy red with some lovely savoury flavours. It’s a wine for glugging, not ageing or fine dininig.
Quite dark for a pinot it has cherry and blueberry aromas. The palate is ripe and lush with cherry and plum flavours with a hint of herbs and a savoury finish.
