Mothers Ruin Cabernet

First Drop are a relatively young producer from Adelaide Hills in South Australia who are already attracting a lot of attention., and big scores from the critics.T heir labels are nearly as good as the wines. This one is a homage to Hobart’s ‘Gin Lane’.

Really deep garnet-purple colored, with inviting aromas of of creme de cassis and plum and a hint of tea and chocolate. Full bodied and rich in the mouth, it has firm grainy tannins, refreshing acidity and a long finish.
