Charlemagne Vintage 2006 Grower Champagne – small producers, superb quality, great value
Guy Charlemagne is based in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil sur Oger on the Cotes des Blancs. Along with Salon it is one of the most respected houses in this village, creating racy, crisp champagnes with notable minerality and purity.
Sourced from the best grapes from Le Mesnil and Oger. Ripe and concentrated, but still very youthful with lemon peel, red apple and that chalky mineral note characteristic of the Cotes des Blancs.
