Waterkloof is based in South Africa’s Stellenbosch region—but is in fact much closer to the coast than Stellenbosch town and so enjoys a much cooler climate, influenced by the Atlantic. The vineyards here are farmed organically and fermented with indigenous yeasts to reflect the character of the vineyard.

Decanter: “Toffee, nuts, roasted apples and peaches—full of flavour but not oaky, with a robust structure but fine precision. Excellent length with a bite right at the finish.”
