Tabali Reserva Sauvignon 2010 Tabalí are based in Chile’s Limari Valley, a cool climate region north of Santiago and close to the Atacama desert. Running east-west the valley allows cooling breezes and fog from the nearby Pacific to blanket the vineyards—creating perfect conditions for growing white grapes. Chile is really beginning to make a name for it’s Sauvignon Blancs—watch out New Zealand!
