One of our finds from our South West trip. Fabien Jouves is a young experimental winemaker responsible for our You F*** my wine. This is his more traditional wine—made traditionally in Cahors with 100% malbec and under biodynamic principles, and aged in new oak–it’s a really complex inviting wine.
Really vibrant fruit aromas with a hint of spice. The palate has great depth of fruit, complexity and a long lingering finish. A fine example of a top
Cahors wine.
