Lorgeril Dom des Crouzets 2010 Corbieres is one of the best known appellations in the Languedoc. This wine comes from a subregion of Corbieres –called Corbieres Maritimes which is one the coast. Wines from this sub-region tend to be a bit lighter and less intense than those from further inland. This is a blend of 70% Mourvedre and 30% Syrah.
Notes of blackcurrant and blueberry mingle with an unlifted floral note on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with good fruit intensity and length. Fabulous value.
