Made by one of our favourite producers in Veneto who make our very popular valpolicella, this is an absolutely delicious Soave.
The wine is fermented and aged in steel and it is very aromatic and precise. Lemon peel, peach and flowers on the nose. On the palate the balance of ripe fruit and bright acidity is really lovely and there’s a long mineral finish which just adds to the wines overall
pleasantness.
