Killibinbin Shiraz 2007 Killibinbin Shiraz 2007
From Langhorne Creek in South Australia, an hours drive from Adelaide, this is a cooler climate shiraz, although it’s still 15.5% alcohol and has a tremendous amount of rich, powerful juicy shiraz fruit.
Pure expressive fruit on the nose –lots of warm blackberries and dark cherries, with some liquorice too. Full bodied and concentrated in the mouth with grainy tannins on the long spicy finish. It’s the fruit that stands out though—like being lost in a bramble forest!
