Banyuls Pietri Giraud 2003 Banyuls isn’t seen on the market much which is a great shame because it’s a lovely, complex dessert wine without the alcohol of a Port or Madeira.
Lush and creamy, with a beautiful sweetness of Muscovado sugar, rich wild berries and delicate nuances of tea and tobacco. The pure, long finish is met with a bittersweet dark chocolate note. Wonderful with chocolate desserts.
