Chateau du Coing is one of the oldest estates in the Muscadet region of the Loire. Located on the foothills of the Massif Armoricain, the vines are south facing and turned to the ocean. Soils are Gneiss and Schist and vines are 65 years old, yielding 50hl/h. All parcels are fermented separately and wines are all left to age on the lees over winter until bottling in March.
