This 30 hectare, certified biodynamic estate has vineyard holdings in Barossa and Eden valley. Founders and owners Suzi Hilder and Wayne Ahrens have a long history of viticulture in the region, but turned their back on the commercial norm to follow their core winemaking beliefs. They make a range of wines from individual sites around Barossa using biodynamic farming, only native yeasts and very low levels of sulphur. These are complex, pure and characterful wines from a couple that are properly connected to the vineyards they work.
