A really crisp, fresh Sicilian wine, with some orange tints and with a strong character. Made with spontaneous fermentation in acacia barrels and steel tanks and with maceration on the skins for 24 hours. Green apple flavours with a more weighty texture from the skin contact, finishing with a lemony fresh zing.
