Domaine Huet only started in 1928—which is surprisingly recent considering how important they are now to the Vouvray appellation—indeed to the whole of the Loire. Le Mont is one of Huet’s lieux-dits (named vineyards) and is farmed biodynamically, like all of their vineyards. This is their ‘Sec’ - a dry wine made like all Vouvray from Chenin Blanc.
