Eline was 26 when she started the project, hence the name. Her mother took over the esteemed Avignonesi winery in Tuscany, which gave Eline the wine bug. She makes organic wines that are fun to drink at great prices, aiming to make wine un-elitist and enjoyable.
This is what we call vin de soif, delicious and interesting drinking wines that are hugely enjoyable. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and partial carbonic maceration which gives it the lifted, crunchy bright berry fruit characteristic. Full of fruit and elegance with fresh raspberry notes and a subtle savoury- spicy undertone. Juicy and mineral on the refreshing finish, making you want to take another sip!
