Chateau Laffitte Teston Reve d'Automne 2017 Pacherenc di Vic Bilh
Pacherenc is a small appellation in Southern France that overlaps the Madiran red wine appellation. It produces dry and sweet white wines from indigenous varieties—including Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and Petit Courbu. This one, from Laffitte Teston is sweet and made from 100% Petit Manseng, which maintains high acidity levels even when harvested late.
Notes of honey, dried apricot and orange marmalade. Great balance between acidity, flavour and alcohol. If you like your sweet wine light and not too sticky this is the one for you!
Grape: Petit Manseng
ABV : 12,5%
