A very classic Premier Cru St Aubin. Benoit and Jean Baptiste have recently converted their vineyards to biodynamics. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged for 18 months on its lees in French barrels. Classic St Aubin—rich and mouth-filling with creamy flavours of cashew, quince and lemon curd underpinned by a steely mineral core.
