The commune of Pauillac consists of only 3000 acres of vineyards in the Haut- Medoc between Saint- Julien and Saint- Estephe. It is home to three of Bordeaux’s five first growth wines. Wines from Pédesclaux are composed of roughly 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet franc.
With lovely black fruit on the nose and well structured tannins this elegant wine has a long spicy finish. A wine that will improve over the next 5+ years.
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc
