If you come in hear often enough you can’t help but hear about how much we all love Sherry and how we think it is one of the most underrated (and therefore well priced) wines out there. Fernando de Castilla are one of the most highly rated small Sherry Houses there are.
This Fino would make a great summery aperitif - a nice change from a glass of rosé or Prosecco. It is very complex on the palate with notes of roasted nuts, straw and dried fruit. The finish is long and dry with that typical Fino salty tang. Pair with some salted almonds and olives for a delicious treat.
